Our process guideline- inspect and report as though it is a home we are buying. From the roof to the foundation and everything in between, if there is a problem lurking, chances are pretty good we'll find it....in case you were curious:
Yes, we walk on most* roofs. (*Weather conditions, material, or pitch may limit walking on roofs)
Yes, we ascend into 90% of the attics that we encounter.
Yes, we use thermal imaging on every inspection.

You will receive a comprehensive, easy to understand, and informative PDF report, complete with pictures the same day as the inspection. To be clear, this is not a confusing handwritten report with check boxes- we actually write what we see. And if you still have questions we are here to answer them.
